What is Quest?

This summer, the youth of the Riverton North Stake have an exciting opportunity to immerse themselves in the Book of Mormon. Young men and Young women turning 14 in 2020 and older will witness first hand the great experiences of Nephi, Alma, and Moroni through reenactments and group activities. Both youth and leaders will dress in tunics and headbands and will be assigned to a tribe. Each tribe will have a male and female adult advisor called Tribal Leaders. Together, they will reenact battles, visions, and many other adventures. Follow up discussions, or “likenings” will help youth to apply the scriptures to their everyday situations and challenges. Youth and their leaders will be invited to participate in a Book of Mormon reading challenge prior to Quest, preparing their hearts and minds to be filled with the spirit of Christ. Testimonies of the Savior will be strengthened as the youth experience first hand the power and promise in the Book of Mormon.
